By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Receipt of your order is confirmed by email immediately after the order has been submitted. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory rights and their enforcement, in particular your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.

Legal guarantee of conformity and commercial guarantees

Liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

When purchasing goods, the legal guarantee of conformity has a minimum duration of two years. If a longer period applies under the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence, that longer period shall apply. An overview can be found in the annex “Legal guarantee by country”. With regard to the legal guarantee for goods, please also note the harmonised notice on the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960.

Commercial guarantees and customer service

Information on any additional commercial guarantees that may apply and their exact terms can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Customer service: If you have any questions, complaints or objections, you can contact our customer service on working days at support@parvum.com.

Liability

For claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body or health, in the event of an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, in the case of guarantee commitments, where agreed, or insofar as mandatory product liability law applies. In the event of a slightly negligent breach by us, our legal representatives or our vicarious agents of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper performance of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contracting party may regularly rely (essential contractual obligations), liability is limited in amount to the damage that was foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded and that typically has to be expected. In all other respects, claims for damages are excluded.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Applicable law

The law of the Netherlands applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.

Annex: Legal guarantee by country

The legal guarantee is governed by the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. The following applies to deliveries to the countries listed below:

  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Greece: two years from delivery of the goods.
  • Spain, Portugal: three years from delivery of the goods.
  • Sweden: defects can be claimed within three years from delivery of the goods.
  • Netherlands, Finland: no fixed period; the decisive factor is the lifespan that can reasonably be expected for goods of this kind, but at least two years from delivery of the goods.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this overview.
