We always provide track & trace information for your order. That way, you always know where your order is.

Destinations

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Poland, France, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.

Delivery times and shipping costs

If you place an order Monday to Friday before 3 pm CET, it ships the same day. The delivery time starts once your order has shipped.

We always ship rollators free of charge. For all other orders up to an order value of € 75, you pay a fixed shipping fee, depending on the country.

Delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee.

If you pay in a currency other than the euro, these amounts are converted to your currency at checkout.

*For the Azores and Madeira, an additional surcharge of € 50 applies to all orders.

**For the provinces of the Balearic Islands, Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a surcharge of € 30 applies to all orders.

***For the areas of Agrigento, Cagliari, Caltanissetta, Catania, Enna, Gallura Nord-Est Sardegna, Medio Campidano, Messina, Nuoro, Ogliastra, Oristano, Palermo, Ragusa, Sassari, Sulcis Iglesiente, Syracuse and Trapani, a surcharge of € 25 applies to all orders.

Pre-orders

Sometimes a product is out of stock. In that case we often accept pre-orders. We try to indicate when we can deliver the product, but this is an indication, not a guarantee.
